Ok, it's not exactly an office...
I have a shelf and a chair! Exciting, right? I have my own space with all my art supplies organized and set up so I can work. I'm a little tight on space right now so it's more than enough. The weird thing is I was on Facebook and someone in a group I'm a part of posted about showing off our workspaces. When the day started all I had was my shelf. Some days seem so routine and mundane that you can forget how things can change so much in a single day until something you weren't expecting happens. I supposed I should know that by now with how drastically things have changed this year and at the end of last year. They haven't always been the best changes but God has kept me through it all. Today it was something good.
Christmas came early when my brand new folding tablet chair arrived ahead of schedule. I was in my room just minding my own business, as iHeart Radio blared out Christmas music, when it arrived. It's just what I needed. It came assembled and is foldable and compact. I'm so over the moon about this, so, naturally I had to tell everyone on the internet. Add to that, or more accurately add this to, the fact that I've been pumping out work this week and it's been a pretty great one. Of course the week wasn't without it's downs, but I'm trying to focus on the ups more. I'm honestly a bit of a pessimist but let's keep that between us.
You read that right. New chair and new art work. Last update I told everyone I was returning to Etsy, well I can't do that without art. After a few days of feeling less than productive art exploded onto the pages of my notebook. Idea after idea, picture after picture. Are you as excited as I am? Share this post if you are.
